Sarah uses her hands-on expertise to help her clients feel better. She combines a thorough understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, physiology and health sciences with strong intuitive skills and an inquisitive nature. This allows her to recognize how a person’s physical and mental experiences are affecting their body.

Sarah takes a fresh approach to massage therapy with focuses on physical health and emotional support throughout the healing process. She incorporates a variety of techniques in her treatment such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish and deep tissue techniques, passive stretches, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy and many more.

She has received additional post-graduate training in: Myofascial Release, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Indie Head Massage, Kundalini Reiki Master Certification, Acupressure, and Rotator Cuff Release. The most effective massage therapy treatment begins with the acknowledgment that each person’s condition is unique. All these tools allow her to provide an individual approach to her client’s care.

Sarah has extensive experience and enjoys working with a wide variety of people including those with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, etc.
