General information

In 2001 Stan Portleys – Timeless & Unique – was born in the back of a store, in Port Stanley. We grew and moved to a new location in Port Stanley and for 14 years serviced our customers from that location. At the time we dealt with antiques, vintage linens and silver, and a small amount of new giftware. Over the years Stan Portleys has evolved into a destination for unique gift and home décor items, Cottage Paint and van Gogh Furniture Paintology Paint & Accessories and OUR PAINTED FURNITURE. In 2012 we opened a store in London and in 2015 had an opportunity to sell our building and closed our Port Stanley store and moved that to a second location in London. Now see us now at our new larger location at 1770 Ernest Avenue, just south of Southdale Rd. We are still the best kept secret of London

Many homes and cottages throughout the area have one, two, three or more pieces of our painted furniture incorporated into their interior design. We have even shipped to the eastern seaboard of the United States. Whether it be Urbane Chic, Paris Apartment or cottage style we have met the need of the discriminating home owner.

Over the past few years we have also been moving towards more Canadian and North American produced and manufactured items. One of the most sought after gifts are the custom wood or metal signs which are made in North America and we have shipped to places as far as Australia, New Zealand and even China.
