Since 1998, Parkbridge’s portfolio has grown from two properties with 650 sites to over 80 properties with over 22,500 operational and expansion sites in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and the Province of Quebec, a clear testament to the popularity of land lease to a growing number of Canadians.

Lifestyle Communities are designed to address the lifestyles of retirement and pre-retirement adults, or that “50 plus” crowd. In general, each community offers social and recreational amenities for the benefit of our homeowners, such as clubhouses, walking paths and recreation programs, as well as security and grounds maintenance. It helps foster a safe, welcoming environment of like-minded neighbours who very often become friends. Given the acknowledged quality and custom design of our homes, their affordability is always a pleasant surprise.

All Age Communities provide a lower-cost alternative to conventional home ownership. Our reasonable and considerate community standards ensure that families can live and grow in neighbourhoods that are not only remarkably affordable but sound and secure, as well.

Cottage and RV Resorts - provide our clients with an affordable alternative to the expense and commitment of cottage ownership amid other vacationers of a similar mind set. With 26 locations in prime Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta cottage country, we specialize in ‘seasonal’ and ‘permanent’ RV living. Our resorts often contain amenities such as heated pools, playgrounds, soccer/baseball fields, recreation halls, and an on-site Recreation Director who schedules a full calendar of activities for the whole family.

Marinas - Parkbridge owns five full-service marinas - Bay Moorings Marina, Bay Port Marina, Beacon Bay Marina on Georgian Bay, Bridge Port Marina between Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching, and Goreski’s Landing on Lake Scugog in the Kawarthas – with state-of-the-art service facilities for both small and large craft (+/- 35’) and some of the best fresh-water boating in the world.

Chalets - Lakes of Wasaga offers fully-equipped and furnished four-season cottages and chalets for rent or ownership. Located in Wasaga Beach, one of Canada’s premier vacation destinations, you have access to some of the finest summer and winter recreation offerings in the country.
