The Turning Point FB page is about empowering and inspiring people to have the best lives and relationships possible by offering articles, posts and resources to educate, inspire and motivate you to make the changes you need to go to the next level. We also offer counselling from our office in peterborough Ontario, and specialize in sexually compulsive behaviours, trauma and abuse survivors, marriage counselling and helping with mood disorders like depression or anxiety.

Our services are offered with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. You will experience a safe, non-judgemental and accepting environment from a therapist who understands sexual addiction, mood disorders, marital conflict and PTSD, and how to treat it. Change is possible, but it does require work and commitment. Many people have achieved great results using tried and proven methods for behavioural and heart change.
