Andrew Evans and Mat Orr, Founders of Cookery Catering, have strong backgrounds in culinary arts with local and international work experience; holding certificates from Niagara College’s, Canadian Food and Wine Institute, as well as the Culinary Institute of Canada. These dedicated Red Seal Chefs will cater to all events and tastes.
