LIV Communities is a family-owned business based in Burlington, Ontario. For over forty years, LIV Communities has built and maintained a reputation for designing and building exclusive high-quality custom homes for thousands of families.

With upcoming communities in Brampton and Waterdown, LIV is proud to enter the GTA housing market and we’re planning on making a real difference.

Our TLC program (Total LIV Care) provides buyers with step-by-step information, education and care including multiple inspections, tours, design advice, meetings with the site manager, orientation and so much more.
