KW Homes Ltd.is a locally owned and operated home building company. Since 2002 KW Homes has been providing Saskatoon and area residents with quality and affordable new homes. We offer a variety of new home designs as well as custom built to suite your need and wants.
Over the years we have grown in regards to the number of homes we build per year, but we still prefer to keep our numbers on the lower side to ensure we have the time to be on a personal level with our home buyers on a day to day basis. other benefits to staying a moderately sized builder is that by keeping our staff small, we are able to save costs which we can then turn around and pass the savings to you, our customers. Being locally owned and operated we can offer you the personal and prompt service that everyone appreciates. we have a site manager and owner who is on EVERY site EVERY day, and the owner can be reached at any time, you will always deal directly with us, no middle man.
all of our tradesman & building suppliers are also local, this ensures no delays and prompt service & availability. KW Homes is very proud to say that we have never missed a possession date!!
when it comes to our custom pre-sold builds we encourage our customers to be on site as often as they like so they can monitor the day to day progress of their new home! it is always a lot of fun building a custom home with the homebuyers as it combines the customers ideas along with KW Homes high quality standards. Each time is exciting and different as ideas get combined to build your dream home. the bonus to using local suppliers is that it gives the customer the option of going into the suppliers stores and seeing & picking out the products, flooring, light fixtures, cabinets, paint colors ect.
