Chris Lavier is a trial lawyer, assisting clients with a specialization in bail hearings, defending criminal charges, and appeals. Chris appears at all Court points throughout Saskatchewan, including frequent appearances at the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal. He represents clients from across Western Canada, having appeared before the Provincial Courts of British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba, the Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba, the Alberta Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Appeal. As he appears in Saskatoon Provincial Court most day, he is available to assist new clients navigate the legal process from the outset. Chris is dedicated to the legal profession and frequently donates his time to legal organizations, pro bono legal assistance programs, sitting on boards, and volunteering his time to legal students. His current professional commitments include teaching Civil Procedure at the College of Law and sitting as the Vice President and Program Coordinator for the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association.
