We host some of the most popular tournaments in Saskatoon: The Black Aces Tournament in March, which just celebrated its 21st anniversary, runs for 3 different weekends playing host to Tier One caliber players in Novice, Atom, PeeWee, Bantam and Midget divisions. Jemini and Agriplace also showcase the Meltdown Mania Tournament, Saskatoon Minor Hockey Association Redwings Zone Tournaments, as well as the Western Canadian Native Championships, the Saskatchewan 3 on 3 Challenge, the City of Bridges Tournament, the Huskie Prospect Cup tournament as well as various corporate tournaments.

The Thirsty Penguin at Canlan Ice Sports - Jemini is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day, after the game, or while the kids are on the ice. Our big screen TV’s always have the big game on, and the arcade/games area is ideal for the kids. The Thirsty Penguin offers perfect viewing on all 4 sheets of ice, so you can enjoy your favorite beverage from the bar or fare from our first class restaurant with many of our menu items made fresh in-house.

The Thirsty Penguin can feed you family, your team, or your group with delicious affordable meals that fill you up without emptying your pockets. Our banquet room offers our customers a great view of Saskatchewan’s prairie landscape, and provides privacy and comfort for all your meal, meeting, party and fundraising events. Birthday parties, steak nights, wind-ups – we do them all at the Thirsty Penguin.

Jemini Ice-Sports also includes an in-house ProShop, which offers skate sharpening in addition to carrying a full line of hockey sticks, blades, shafts, tape, lace and apparel. Equipment cleaning is also available. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will ensure that you have the best possible experience.
