With 12 issues per year and 10,000 copies per issue, Eagle Feather News is the most widely circulated Aboriginal newspaper in Saskatchewan. Eagle Feather News is created, printed, and distributed monthly in Saskatchewan by an amazing network of talented people all from Saskatchewan. Contributing writers such as Maria Campbell, Warren Goulding, Dr. Winona Wheeler, Paul Chartrand and Sandra Ahenakew deliver smart journalism and commentary to issues such as justice, wellness, business, politics, sports, and the arts.
Eagle Feather News is a grass roots organization. We proudly sponsor a variety of communities and events in Saskatchewan including the First Nation Summer and Winter Games, Back to Batoche, the FSIN Cultural Celebration and Powwow and many other grass root and non-profit organizations. As well, our people contribute their time and energy to many worthy causes, speaking in schools, and generally helping to build a better community.
John Lagimodiere is a Saskatoon born Métis entrepreneur and the publisher and editor of Eagle Feather News. He is also the owner of ACS Aboriginal Consulting Services.
