Welcome to our table! Let us tell you a little bit about ourselves:

We’re a family owned and operated company that has been producing eggs for over 50 years. With farms in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, and British Columbia, Burnbrae Farms is Canada's leading egg producer and a thriving participant in its agribusiness industry. We sell eggs and egg products to major grocery store chains, food service operations and large bakery/industrial customers throughout Canada.

How did it all start? In the late 1800s, Joseph Hudson, grandfather of Joe and Grant Hudson, came to Canada from Stranraer, Scotland. In 1893, he purchased a 100-acre farm in Lyn, Ontario – the land had a creek, a waterfall, and several rolling hillsides that sloped down to a valley. So Joseph aptly named his farm Burnbrae – “burn” being the Scottish name for a stream, and “brae” a hillside.
