What happens during a session?
During a NeurOptimal® brain training session, you wear two tiny sensors on your head and clips on your ears that record your brain waves. The session to the client involves laying back in a comfortable chair relaxing to calming music. Meanwhile, the music is responding to your brainwaves (without you even knowing it!). Shifts in your brain patterns create brief interrupts in the music. These interruptions give your brain the opportunity to self-correct into a more natural, relaxed, and effective pattern.
