General information

Frontier Performance intends to change how Strength & Conditioning is viewed in Western Canada. Our goal is to create a space where a beginner participant or an experience participant can develop an understanding of athletic and progress efficiently towards reaching their full athletic potential. This will be accomplished by using a blend of excellent coaching, competitive exercise and positive community culture. Our well-rounded team of owners bring a diversity of skills and purpose driven mindsets to problem solve through any foreseeable obstacles. The curriculum employed by Frontier Performance is truly unique and does not currently exist within the local industry.
