Clothesline The

General information

The Clothesline has been in business since 1994. It is owned and operated by the Cochrane Activettes , a women's service group. Many volunteers donate thousands of hours to help the Cochrane Activettes provide our community with clean, gently used clothing at minimal or no cost.

We sell all types of clothing for men, women, children and babies. Products include shoes, purses, bedding, towels, costumes, outdoor wear, work wear, formal wear, as well as shirts, jeans, skirts, dresses, pajamas, coats, and more... Some sports wear such as skates, soccer shoes, tap shoes, yoga clothes, bike shorts, golf clothes, swim suits are available. Inventory availability is dependent upon donations.

Bring clothing you wish to donate to The Clothesline during regular business hours. Please ensure donations are clean and in good repair.

Profits from this community store are spent by The Cochrane Activettes through many programs. These include: Share Your Christmas hampers, school lunch & breakfast programs, Legal Resource Centre, Cochrane & Area Victim Services, student bursary, Big Hill Lodge, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Seniors For Kids, Seniors on the Bow, and many more...
