Whether you’re new to taking care of yourself or have been practicing for years, the first step is always the toughest one. We’ve designed an experience and environment that will help make that step easier for everyone, every time.
Our space features natural light and fresh air. And every element, from paint to flooring to equipment, right down to the soap in the shower is non-toxic and deliberately chosen to support you on your journey to good health.
We also offer childcare in an enriching environment allowing you to mindfully engage in classes and programs knowing your kids are in good hands.
Here’s the topper. Our bikes and ellipticals capture human energy and transform it into off-grid “green” power that we use to operate our space. We are proud to be the first gym in Toronto to have these amazing energy generators.
