We offer winter indoor cycling classes in North Toronto with Wahoo Kickr trainers. Bring your own bike & enjoy the company of other cyclists! A great way to get ready for the outdoor cycling or triathlon season.

Indoor Power-Based Cycling Classes are designed to improve the cyclist's or triathlete's power at lactate threshold. The Indoor Cycling System is designed for groups of riders in a class setting. All riders participate in the same workout, but at their own power zones and on their own bicycles.

We offers cycling classes using the latest equipment made by Wahoo Ftiness. The Wahoo KICKR provides the reigning standard for indoor training.
SMART RESIST- Set your resistance or power threshold through your chosen smartphone app for the most efficient workout possible.
REALISTIC ROAD FEEL- KICKR’s professional-grade high inertia flywheel is engineered to provide a ultra realistic road feel.
ACCURATE POWER - Set your desired power level and the KICKR will automatically adjust the resistance to ensure your ride stays consistent and calibrated.

Friday 9:30-11 a.m.
Sunday 7:30-9 a.m. & 9-11 a.m.
