Our History
Founded in 1996 and independently run, Perfumes and Bags Outlet is now a market leader and staple in the Toronto retail scene. Not only are we a large perfume importer, wholesaler and retailer, but we also provide modern and unique luggage, business cases, handbags, and backpacks in a boutique style environment. Our reach and clientele extends beyond borders, with customers ranging from Toronto, Ontario and spanning all across North America and Europe.

Our Vision and Mission
Setting the bar high, we provide the newest fragrances and most innovative travel products without losing sight of our commitment to provide exceptional value and service and deliver substantial price savings to all customers. Our family business prides itself in not only carrying high quality products but also in providing honest service and advice for all our patrons.

How can we do it?
As wholesalers, we buy in large quantities from direct distributors and receive a deep discount. Accordingly, we are able to pass on all savings to our retail customers! The difference between big-box retailers and us is simply of sales strategy. Larger companies, like The Bay or Sephora, drive their business based on profit margin. This simply means that they charge higher prices per product and receive a larger profit per product. We, however, make profit through volume sales, similar to Costco. Since we price our products more competitively than other retailers do, we are able to sell in greater quantity, and thus, ensure profit over the long run.

We have been in business for almost 20 years and never compromise on quality. All our products are genuine and ordered directly from the manufactures. Our exceptional service and significant price savings produce value that you will not find anywhere else! If you do, simply let us know and we will beat the price by 10% of the difference!

Our Credo

Integrity and Honesty: We have Zero tolerance for fake and diluted products.You are guaranteed a product that has not been sitting on shelves. As we sell our products very quickly, we have an agreement with our suppliers to restock our products every 2 weeks. What doesn't sell within 2 weeks, we simply return to our suppliers - who then send it back to the manufacturers.

Customer First: We will go out of our way to make sure our customers’ needs are met at every stage – whether it is ordering a product that is not commonly available in the market or matching and beating competitor pricing!

We also attend the annual trade exhibition at the C.N.E. every summer in the Warehouse Outlet in Hall C (Direct Energy Centre) – under the name Mr. Cheapies! We welcome you to visit us there every August!
