Sanderson Entertainment Law is an entertainment and arts law firm located in Toronto, Canada, which consists of lawyer Paul Sanderson, entertainment paralegal, Paul Irvine and Esther Fairbairn, senior legal assistant and office manager. Frank Farfan is counsel to the firm. We primarily provide legal services to music and arts law clients concerning their specific contractual matters, but also provide service and advice to our clients concerning trade mark, copyright and corporate matters relevant to their business affairs. Our music business clients include recording artists, songwriters, managers, engineers, mixers, record producers, music production companies, music publishers, record distributors, record labels, music industry executives and booking agents. Our visual arts clients include fine artists, painters, sculptors, photographers, graphic arts designers, art galleries, arts associations, arts councils, visual arts copyright collectives, video artists, performance artists and multi-media artists. We service our Canadian clients throughout Canada and assist them with international representation, advise our international clients with respect to Canadian legal issues in our areas of expertise and maintain a network of national and international contacts, with a view to furthering our clients’ interests in the music business and visual art field.
