Chatime is one of the largest and farthest-reaching tea chain brand, offering innovative tea beverages with over 1000 locations worldwide in 26 countries. Headquartered in Taiwan, Chatime is a brand under parent company La Kaffa, an international food and beverage group publicly listed on the Taiwan stock exchange (2732.TWO).

The Chinese brand name of Chatime is 日出茶太 and directly translates as “Sunrise Tea” and carries the vision: “Anywhere there is sunrise, there will be Chatime.”

Chatime was introduced to Canada in 2011. It is the first global tea chain to bring authentic Taiwanese tea beverages to the market, providing customers with a new way to experience tea through its quick-serve café formats and varied drink offerings. Chatime was recently recognized for its global success, awarded Brand of the Year by the World Branding Forum in the tea category in Taiwan.
