General information

Crossfit Kitsilano is a school of world-class fitness in beautiful Kitsilano in the heart of Vancouver, BC. We teach our classes using functional exercises, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettle bell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope. Our students come from all types of fitness backgrounds and are different in their experience, conditioning, and lives; and include students, business executives, stay-at-home moms, athletes, soldiers, and your grandparents.
