At Smart Legal Service, we know that the court system can be overwhelming and confusing, through our legal knowledge and dedicated paralegals we strive to provide everyone access to justice at a reasonable cost.

We work all around the GTA but we can also manage your case anywhere in Ontario. Our highly qualified paralegals have experience in dealing with courts all around Ontario.

We welcome owner operators and professional drivers that might require our services. Not only will we manage your CVOR, driving, and provincial offences but we can also manage any small claims matter that may arise from your course of business.

But, why hire a paralegal instead of just showing up to court? For the same reason as you would not do your own electrical work. Everyday our paralegals see that self-represented individuals often do not know the legal system; this causes self-represented people to make poor legal choices resulting in higher fines, suspended licenses, and possible insurance increases. Unlike the example, you will not get shocked if you make a poor decision but most certainly you can end up in a bad financial situation.
