I have been a Realtor, helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since 1999. Based in Bobcaygeon, my primary market area covers the City of Kawartha Lakes and the Municipality of Trent Lakes in Peterborough County.
I was raised in Fenelon Falls, spending my summers working at the family marina on Cameron Lake. The years I spent delivering boats to cottagers, exploring the lakes, or finding me on a tiny cottage lane with a truck and trailer, were never dull. Those experiences help me today, assisting buyers hunt for waterfront properties.
The aptly named City of Kawartha Lakes is home to over 250 lakes. The lakes of the Trent-Severn Waterway, which includes Sturgeon, Pigeon, Cameron, and Balsam Lakes are among the best know, but there are so many more smaller lesser known lakes that still provide affordable waterfront and that cottage country feel.
Many retirement buyers enjoy the benefits of the waterfront communities, with shared private access to the lakes to be the ideal combination of water access and use, community feel and proximity to the towns and villages in the Kawarthas. Port 32, Alpine Village, Lake View Estates, Victoria Place and Pirates Glen are all within ten minutes of Bobcaygeon.
When I am not meeting with Sellers at their homes or assisting Buyers on the hunt for the property of their dreams you will find me at Century 21 Pinnacle Realty’s Bobcaygeon office. The pop in visit from past clients, sharing a laugh and a smile with an old friend or meeting a new client makes every day unique and interesting.
