Our Story:
Seventh Fire Records began life in 2009 as Pirate Radio Records, a label started by The Spades. It has evolved into not only a home for the music we're creating, but an outlet to release the music of other great artists that we're hearing.
In early 2012, the record label, recording studio and production team uprooted from our original Trent Hills location to set up in Peterborough, Ontario. Here, Pirate Radio Studios lives on, lead by head engineer James McKenty.
With label, team and studio under one roof, we have developed the ideal environment to release music in a spontaneous and organic fashion.
Seventh Fire Records is guided by the values of co-operation, brotherhood & harmony in the creation of great music for a new era. Like Pirates amidst the music business, we release music the way we want and when we want.
