We can then work with you to investigate design and finishing alternatives ensuring that your project meets your investment target and that the various components are in balance. These systems also allow us to accurately determine the total project cost before a “shovel is put in the ground” meaning we can provide you with fixed project costs.

FINALLY, THIS INFORMATION CAN BE USED to solicit project management and construction bids allowing you to compare and ultimately select the best project management team. This allows you the opportunity to work with one company from the initial design, all the way through to move-in.
