WELCOME TO THE VANCOUVER GIRL BEAUTY CLUB!

MY STORY:

Everyone wants to always look good, and I'm no exception. But, when it came to my makeup journey, I struggled. Whether I wanted to look good around the house, after an intense hike, I still wanted to look good at the end of the day. But, most makeup wouldn't last. I'd touch my face, or accidentally touch my eye and BAM, my flawless makeup was now seriously flawed.

After years of selectively choosing the time I wore makeup or waiting until last minute to put it on in the evening, (only to have it melt off my face within a few hours) I gave up. I suffered from eczema from the harsh ingredients anyways, so my go-to solution was 'just to not wear makeup until I need to look good'. I hated this. I hated being the only one of all my friends not wearing makeup in pictures, but I wasn't going to hurt my skin by wearing the traditional M.A.C, Saphora or London Drugs/ Shopping Drugmart brands. Even CoverFX would cause reactions.

This September I was introduced to the Senegence makeup line. It has revolutionized how I get ready for the day and how confident I feel at work, school or when I'm out for the evening. My makeup doesn't make my face dry out like so many other products and I can wear all of their eyeshadows without getting eczema and having my eyes swell shut, yay, bonus!
