Styo Dessert

General information

For a very long time, the masterminds of Styo Dessert had made uncountable batches of frozen yogurt to land on the perfect recipe. In 2014, the first shop was opened on Denman St, one of the most important tourist areas in Vancouver, whipping up frozen yogurt daily with the freshest ingredients that can be found locally. It changed the scene of frozen yogurt industry, which traditionally, large amount of artificial flavours, food colourings, and dried milk powder (instead of fresh milk) were used.

Since summer 2016, real soft-serve ice cream was launched, providing a larger selection of frozen treats to satisfy every sweet tooth. To keep Styo’s high quality reputation, the ice cream is made with Canadian fresh milk and cream, resulting in a smooth texture and a delicate, classic milk flavour.

Styo also takes pride in their one-of-a-kind stuffed “croffle”. Its flaky and crispy crust resembles a croissant fresh out of the oven. Each waffle is freshly stuffed and grilled when an order is received, to ensure the maximum level of freshness.

Pairing a waffle with a smoothie at Styo is an usual meal for the neighbours of West End. Only real fruits are added to the cup. No artificial flavours. No sugar. No preservatives. Just to make sure consumers are taking in the most nutrients and health benefits with every tasty zip.

Styo Dessert takes customer feedback seriously. Each idea is thoroughly explored by the masterminds. Thanks to their suggestions, artisan popsicles, whole frozen cakes, and waffle dessert (a combo of stuffed croffle & ice cream / froyo) were born by demand.
