General information
My name is Linda Bao and I am a Registered Social Worker providing counselling services to individuals, couples and families in the Edmonton community.
I have specialized training in grief counselling, including suicide bereavement. In addition, I provide counselling for a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, domestic violence, anger management, healthy boundaries, self-esteem, stress management, and relationship stress.
I primarily work from a mindfulness-based approach, but I have training in other modalities including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy, and the Gottman Method.
I am accepting of people of all diversities and happy to provide services to anyone in need of support.
