General information

The RMS Group is a fully integrated Real Estate development and General Contracting company founded by Mr. Curtis Way. It consists of three component companies which are RMS Developments Inc., RMS Builders Inc. (General Construction Contractors), and Royal Management Services Inc. (Administration & Property Management). The RMS Group is unique in that we are able to take a development project from concept to completion. This includes Project Assessment and Design, Construction, Marketing/Sales, and Property Management services.

RMS Developments Inc. plays an integral role in the purchase and development of real-estate on behalf of the group. RMS Developments Inc. not only purchases the development land and/or buildings, but is also instrumental in Project Assessment, Planning and Due Diligence.

RMS Builders Inc. is a licensed Alberta Construction company that has extensive experience in the Western Canadian Marketplace, and a proven track record in the construction of multifamily, industrial and commercial buildings. From design-build strategies to value engineering solutions, we have the resources to make your project a success. We are committed to an honest, responsive, and integrity based approached in which we actively collaborate with our clients. Our team takes pride in consistently delivering projects on time and on budget. We stand behind our work because we know that “We are only as good as the last door we’ve hung!”

Royal Management Services Inc. supplies the day to day management activities for the Group, including all administration responsibilities. Monitoring the contractor and resolving construction problems is one of the focuses of this company. Ensuring the turnover of the building to the Owner or tenant in a timely fashion with the required municipal approvals provides them with the comfort of knowing the project is completed as required. All property management for the Group is also handled internally by Royal Management Services Inc. Our customized property management system allows us to fully control our projects with the assistance of our on site management team.
