Denzil Lobo Architect Ltd. on April 1st, 2002, celebrated 21 years of Architectural services in the Province of Alberta after being established in 1981 as the firm of Weed Lobo Architects Ltd.
After graduating from The Technical University of Nova Scotia (TUNS), Denzal Lobo worked for several architectural firms in Edmonton between 1977 and 1981 as a Design architect and as a senior project architect, working on a variety of institutional, educational & residential projects. As a Principal of this firm, he has successfully completed numerous new projects, modernizations, and renovation projects for various public & private sector clients. Alongside Design Programming and New Construction Projects, the Firm has extensively focussed on, and now specializes in Institutional and Commercial Building Additions, Renovations and Functional Conversions. It utilizes technology and informational databases in its design approach and to produce effective construction contract documents. The firm is an active and current member of the Alberta Association of Architects.
