Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Sgambaro's is a chef-driven brand, owned and operated by award-winning chef Roberto Sgambaro. Founded in 1995, Chef Sgambaro launched his gourmet salmon product line with a vision of bringing outstanding salmon products to the prairies. You will find our products in some of the finest hotels, restaurants and markets across Alberta, as well as online at our e-store.

All of our products are made in our state-of-the-art facility in Edmonton, Alberta and shipped to fine retailers, restaurants and hotels across Canada. Our products are proudly retailed in Alberta at select Sunterra Market locations, as well as at the Edmonton Italian Centre. You can also find us at seasonal farmers markets throughout Edmonton.
