Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) along with 235 Co-operative retail members form a team called the Co-operative Retailing System.

FCL is the largest non-financial services co-operative in Canada, with sales revenues of more than $8 billion that placed it as the 51st largest company in Canada in 2011.

During the past 10 years, FCL has provided a patronage allocation of $3.8 billion to its member retail co-ops. This money helps local retail co-ops pass along cash and equity allocations to the more than 1.5 million individual co-op members across the West.
