Welcome to our Facebook campfire!

Camping is about as social as it gets, so it makes sense that our KOA Facebook page would be a great place to learn about fun places, exchange camping ideas, recipes and techniques and share with others who are just discovering the GREAT camping lifestyle.

We also know that, try as we might, we aren’t perfect and things do go wrong. We welcome your feedback and constructive criticism and we’ll do our level best to respond in a timely manner. We check our site often throughout each day, so we promise you won’t have to wait long to hear from us.

If your issue involves a specific KOA campground, we’d ask that you please first attempt to resolve the issue with the local campground manager. You can find each campground’s contact information in the printed KOA Directory, or at www.KOA.com. If that isn’t possible, we’d like to get you in touch with a real, live person as soon as possible by calling 888-562-0000 or emailing feedback@koa.net. Our KOA Guest Services Department is staffed with very friendly people from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MST), Monday through Friday.

And, just like at our campgrounds, we have guidelines to ensure everyone on our Facebook page has a good time and their needs are met. So, please be nice and keep these points in mind:
No spamming!
No offensive language.
No personal attacks or hostile, derogatory comments toward individuals or groups.
No “flaming” (posting comments intended to induce an angry response)
