MyOutcomes

General information

MyOutcomes is a feedback driven outcomes management and reporting system for behavioural health providers. It is the Web-based implementation of the proven Client-Directed Outcomes Informed (CDOI) approach that reduces costs and improves outcomes. Continuous client feedback is solicited using two ultra-brief self-administered surveys. Client feedback is used to tailor the therapy to the specific needs of the client and to monitor and manage the alliance between the provider and client. The Outcomes Rating Scale (ORS) is administered at the beginning of the session and measures client progress. The Session Rating Scale (SRS) is administered towards the end of a session and measures the strength of the client-provider alliance.

CDOI has been extensively studied and proven to significantly reduce costly missed appointments, early drop-outs and the duration of hospitalization. MyOutcomes can identify when a client has achieved expected benefit helping to reduce costly over‐utilization.

CDOI has been adopted by thousands, ranging from sole providers to large agencies in the private and public sectors across the globe. Over 300,000 administrations of MyOutcomes have been successfully delivered to a wide-cross section of clients.
