Obtaining a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and an Advanced Diploma of Massage Therapy from Georgian College, Kelly has acquired a wide variety of knowledge in human pathologies and injuries and how massage therapy aids in the maintenance and/or recovery of these potentially life changing conditions.
Kelly uses a variety of massage techniques that may help with relieving stress and tension, reducing pain, improving circulation, decreasing signs of inflammation, reducing scarring, increasing joint mobility and enhancing muscle performance.
Kelly Cassell Registered Massage Therapy offers flexible hours of service including week-days, week-nights and weekend hours to ensure a variety of schedules can be accommodated and to meet the needs of most clients!
