I am always available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; just a phone call or a click away. Tara, my administrator, can be reached week days from 9am to 5pm and will be able to assist you with any questions you may have or will be able to put you in touch with me personally. After hours, your call will be answered by a receptionist who will be able to page me your message and I will return your call as soon as I possibly can.

I focus a large amount of energy and dollars on advertising. Your property will be featured as a new listing in the Oshawa/Whitby/Clarington This Week Wednesday paper, where I have maintained the page two advertising spot for 24 consecutive years - making it a consistent, reliable resource for Buyers looking for properties. We may advertise in other circulars we deem appropriate for the specific property; some of which might include Homes and Land magazine, the Toronto Star, or Real Estate News' "Prestige Homes". We will produce full-colour feature sheets that will be left at your property for potential Buyers and Buyer's Agents to take with them after they have viewed your home. These serve as a visual reminder to help Buyers remember your home and to make it stand out in their minds.
