We are not your average "club" or 24hr gym.

Our facility is focused on functional and strength training, having over 7,000 lbs in plate weights, 600lbs in bumper plates, 4 power & half racks and 2 sets of major olympic benches.

Our dumbbells go from 5lbs to 140lbs and kettlebells from 5lbs to 35lbs, both rare for "club" gyms as well as other 24hr gyms.

Every piece of plate-loaded equipment was carefully hand-picked to ensure we have the most functional and effective machines available, and a complete set of selectorized resistance circuit machines to cater to all levels of physical ability - from beginners to experienced, and from young adults to those in their golden years.

We have 25 cardio machines, ranging from treadmills, ellipticals and bikes, to cross trainers, arc trainers and stair masters - to cover all popular and effective types of cardio training.

24 hour electronic access provides members the luxury and convenience of access at any time, without having to worry about being kicked out at 7pm on a weekend like the "club" gyms.

Located on Markham Rd (Highway 48) near Major Mackenzie - less than 1 km from Mount Joy GO station, members can conveniently squeeze in a workout before or after work, or can have a short walk from the residences on Castlemore & Bur Oak Avenue
