Gala Bakery has been owned and operated by the Janosevic family since 2002.
From humble beginnings in the former Yugoslavia where we operated a number of small neighbourhood markets. To Canada, we continue to run a busy neighbourhood bakery and deli.
In 2009, we expanded our neighbourhood bakery into a state of the art facility in Hamilton, Ontario.
We supply our full line of products throughout Canada and soon into the United States to:
