It isn’t just the meat, fish & poultry that keeps our customers coming back. At Morden’s farm kitchen we produce a host of products.

Under the Birch Tree food trademark we produce an extensive line of freshly baked organic granola breakfast cereal, gluten free granola and a line of all purpose gluten free flour, formulated to convert 1:1 for regular wheat flour, using your favourite recipes.

Also, we have a selection of jams, preserves, fruits, maple syrup and honeys, and cheese, butter, eggs (chicken, duck, goose, turkey), yogurt and kefir. In the farmstore we serve organic ice cream in organic waffle cones. Our certified 3 acre organic gardens produce a great selection of fruits and vegetables. We are excited about our large strawberry crop in June. Other berries and grapes to follow.

Our pasture raised, organically fed chicken and duck eggs are from our own farm.
