May 8, 2017, Toronto, ON…After five days of mediated bargaining sessions, the Canadian Hearing Society and CUPE 2073 have signed a Memorandum of Settlement and have agreed to recommend complete acceptance of all the terms to their respective parties. The union will be making arrangements with their members to hold a ratification meeting. Details of the settlement will remain confidential until the agreement has been ratified.
