General information

Flow Physio & Wellness offers pelvic health physiotherapy that includes
patient-centered treatment for the rehabilitation of pelvic health
conditions such as urinary incontinence, urgency/frequency/leaking, fecal
incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, perianal pain
(dyspareunia, vulvodynia, vaginismus, vestibulodynia, persistent genital
arousal), urological-based pelvic pain (bladder pain syndrome, interstitial
cystitis), gynaecologically-based pelvic pain (endometriosis,
dysmennorhea), low back and pelvic girdle pain, genitourinary syndrome of
menopause and pre-and postpartum care . Treatment includes manual therapy
to joints, muscles, and ligaments, scar mobilization, myofascial release,
lifestyle education, relaxation and breathing training, exercise,
acupuncture, and return to activity progressions. I am excited to create a
community empowering women of all ages to understand the uniqueness of
their bodies specific to their time of life. I am dedicated to helping
women thrive throughout their lifetime. Inside and out.
