General information

Our therapists are Mandie Robertson and Kyli Robertson.

We focus on treating a number of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, depression, stress, anxiety, career issues, self-esteem, grief, couples and relationship struggles, parenting, and perinatal issues.

We also offer services tailored to meet the needs of new parents. We hope to allow individuals experiencing difficulties in the pre/post natal stages (i.e. anxiety about pregnancy/parenthood, postpartum depression, relationship difficulties) to access support. Through a client-centred approach, we support our clients in identifying and working through their challenges.

Our office is conveniently located at the south end of Merivale Road. Fully accessible with ample free parking available on site. We understand that making the choice to engage in counselling can be intimidating. We welcome any questions you may have regarding our services and the counselling process.
